We are looking to employ a Customer Services Executive based at our Moulton Park Northampton offices.
Job Summary:
Working as part of a small Customer Services Team, supporting the Trade Account Managers, you will spend your time helping our customers with all things repair, via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and Discord.
Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact, you will be supporting our customers from amateur repairers to Global Corporations, investigating and resolving queries, answering incoming phone calls, emails and messages, and generally providing exceptional customer service.
Resolving delivery issues and liaising with our couriers
Supporting customers with website and product queries
Raising tickets for technical support (in the event you can’t resolve)
Issuing refunds and arranging returns, processing purchase orders and general administration
Working closely with the warehouse team, escalating orders
Supporting the Account Managers, developing relationships, promoting new products
What you’ll bring with you:
You need to be interested in technology, able to grasp technical concepts and have the willingness to learn how stuff works.
Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written English. Excellent telephone manner and the ability to effectively and efficiently answer emails and web chat queries.
A solution-focused approach to working through issues and a strong desire to help.
