Booked it is the B2B arm of our sister company Licklist, which is the UK’s fastest growing marketplace for hospitality and leisure, connecting over 6,000 venues to a community of over 700k users.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in assisting and nurturing a wide range of clients that operate in hospitality and leisure, including nightclubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, events, cafes, hotels, bowling, activity based businesses and festivals. You will be working closely with the account management team to handle customer requests and queries, implementing changes to the systems, as well dealing with customer directly on weekends as part of our support team.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, proactive and committed. You need to be highly organized, with a likeable personality. This should be complemented by your welcoming and professional manner towards clients and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on an essential role in the growth of an exciting company.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining and preparing bespoke systems for clients ( all training will be given and no prior experience require )
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
· Clearly communicate the progress of customer queries in a timely manner
· Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities to drive growth on customer accounts
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
· Serve as a point of contact for customer support on weekends
Knowledge & Skills:
· Proven customer service experience
· Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
· Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Enjoys problem solving with an inquisitive nature
Salary is £18,000 - £22,000. Salary is dependent on the skill sets and experience you have to date. Company phone and laptop are provided. This is a remote based position which requires 1 weeks training at our London office and biweekly meetings thereafter. Two working weekends a month will be standard with days off in the week as an adjustment. This will not be required until fully trained and confident.
