As a Customer Services Consultant you will join us on our journey to WOW customers and you will undertake a truly valuable role.

You will be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service while driving sales of our innovative products and services.

You will be working in one of our Directly Managed Branches as part of a busy team where you will have the opportunity to build a great rapport with customers.

This role offers you an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Post shop, Travel Area and Meet & Greet

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a genuine and enthusiastic individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to communicate easily and effectively with customers to match our products to their needs. As a Customer Services Consultant, you will:
  • Have previous customer service and cash handling experience
  • Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to hold friendly and informed conversations about our product and services
  • Be a great team player who understands and respects everybody’s contribution to our success
  • Understand what outstanding customer service looks, feels, and sounds like
