We have an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Team at Hartley Library as a Customer Services Assistant on the Highfield Campus. The successful candidate will deliver a high quality and professional customer service to everyone who interacts with any of our Library services. They will form part of the University Library Enquiries team where they will answer customer queries in person, over the phone and in an online environment.

Salary is between £22,149 - £23,715 pro rata per annum. The successful candidate will be entitled to 20 days annual leave per year plus University Closure Days, a contributory pension scheme and a structured training programme.

This position is being offered on a part-time (26 hours per week), permanent basis.

The following shift pattern is available:

Monday-Thursday 13:45 – 20:15
