The successful candidate will be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers on a daily basis, have an excellent phone manner, be IT literate and have strong attention to detail. This is a challenging but rewarding role within a thriving, fast-growing and forward-thinking business that is expanding. The current team of four is ready to welcome their fifth and sixth! A knowledge of the healthcare industry would be useful but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Primary Duties:
· Answering the telephone and being the first point of call for our customers
· Processing telephone, web, email and fax orders
· Attending to our live chat feature
· Looking after the sales inbox
· Processing returns
· Handling sales enquiries to pass on to Area Sales Coordinators
· Handling complaints and problems
· Using various (often bespoke) computer packages
· Other general administration tasks (filing, photocopying etc) as necessary
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience of customer service
· Excellent listening and communication skills
· Willingness to go the extra mile for the customer
· High attention to detail
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Good keyboard and numeracy skills
· Ability to think on your feet
· GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English) at Grade C or above
Hours of work:
Job Type: Full-time
8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
28 days per year holiday (including bank holidays)
