At Hillcroft we pride ourselves on our Customer Service, and the reviews on our website are testament to this. Our customer service team are the first point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers on a daily basis, have an excellent phone manner, be IT literate and have strong attention to detail. This is a challenging but rewarding role within a thriving, fast-growing and forward-thinking business that is expanding. A knowledge of the healthcare industry would be useful but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Primary Duties:

· Answering the telephone and being the first point of call for our customers

· Processing telephone, web, email and fax orders

· Attending to our live chat feature

· Looking after the sales inbox

· Processing returns

· Handling sales enquiries to pass on to Area Sales Coordinators

· Handling complaints and problems

· Using various (often bespoke) computer packages

· Other general administration tasks (filing, photocopying etc) as necessary

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience of customer service

· Excellent listening and communication skills

· Willingness to go the extra mile for the customer

· High attention to detail

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Good keyboard and numeracy skills

· Ability to think on your feet

· GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English) at Grade C or above

Hours of work:

Job Type: Full-time

8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

28 days per year holiday (including bank holidays)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
