We are looking for customer focused, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Assistants to work at both Egham Orbit and Addlestone Health & Fitness.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (26.5 hours per week)
Job Type: Part-Time, Casual (Weekend Staff)
Salary: From £9.50 per hour
Shifts available include a range of early shifts (typically 5.45-14.15), late shifts (typically 14.00-22.00) and weekend shifts (7.45-13.00 / 12.45-18.00).
Your role will include;
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome to our facilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries, face to face, by telephone and by email
- Using a computerised booking system to make customer bookings
- Cash and credit card handling and end of shift reconciliation
