We are recruiting for a well known charity platform based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join this great company on a temp basis.
Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 or 9.30 - 18.00
12 week duration
Remote working
- Providing front-line support for charities
Working across all channels (i.e. email, chat and - if the occasion arises, in person too)
Escalating bugs and fixes through the appropriate channels to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible
Reviewing customer interactions and ensuring that the relevant team is notified when technical issues arise
Listening out for inspiring customer stories and circulating them to the wider business - this helps everyone stay focused on the voice of the customer
Handling difficult customer queries sensitively and confidently
Supporting the team in general and going where the customer demand is
