We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor based in Wolverhampton, to assist in the delivery of offering a first class service in support of our Brand whether that is talking someone through an installation or advising them on the spare part they require for their product, and everything in between.

Role outlined
- Answering technical questions via email and telephone from group companies, retailers and the end user.
- Identifying and selling spare parts that customer may require.
- Preparing quotations for special parts and spares.
- Inputting cash sales into the system and producing associated paperwork.
- Obtaining and packing parts for orders.
- Organising the daily post collection.
- Helping maintaining and updating Bill of Materials.
- Building relationships with internal and external customers both in person and on the telephone
What level of experience will I need
- Experience within Customer Service environment
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong literacy and numeracy skill
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Flexible approach & ability to adapt to change.
- Organisational skills
- Competent at using MS word and Excel
- A warm, caring and welcoming personality to our customers
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to go the extra mile
