We are pleased to share 3 opportunities to join Flagship Group’s Customer Services Team, as Customer Services Advisors. We are recruiting for two Fixed Term Contracts, for one year duration each and one permanent job. All 3 jobs are working 37 Hours per week; Monday to Friday.
These jobs can be based in either East Dereham or Bury St. Edmunds. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
In this important role as a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the first point of incoming contact for our customers. Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely, efficient, sensitive and courteous manner. You will also make outbound calls to customers and outside agencies.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Customer Services Advisor from those with previous experience of working in a customer focussed environment. Educated to GCSE standard, in Maths and English and able to work multiple IT and digital systems, you must be able to work in a flexible way to accommodate change, for continuous service improvement.
Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate will have a NVQ in customer care or equivalent.
