Customer Services Advisor
16 hours, 52 weeks per year, working days will be Tuesday and Thursday, hours will vary between 8am and 6pm
£20,103 - £21,628 per annum pro rata, (£8,693 - £9,352 actual per annum)
You will be an active member of the Registry team predominantly based at City College Norwich, Ipswich Road and you will be required to work at the Higher Education site at Norfolk House, Exchange Street on occasions. You will be responsible for ensuring enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently across the campuses. Candidates should have experience of working in a busy reception environment and of using IT packages (with good data entry, speed and accuracy).
The role will involve receiving and directing visitors, answering telephone calls and live chat enquiries, giving general information about the college, supporting College Open Days and assisting with general clerical duties.
