We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service professionals to join friendly team based at our site in Frating, Colchester for a period of 18months.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our supportive Customer Services team ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities
To be a main point of contact for all queries and will be able to take ownership of this task to resolve any issues efficiently and to a consistently high standard- Taking responsibility for handling incoming emails and telephone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, general enquiries and any other business associated with retail trade customers
- To work together with the wider customer services team, liaise with our warehouse team, and to support colleagues when necessar
Who we’re looking for
- You’ll need to be confident communicating over email and have had experience doing this in the past whether in a previous customer service role, or an administrative environment
- You’ll need to be able to work independently and confidently as part of a wider team, although support is always there when you need it
- You’ll have a great eye for detail as you’ll be dealing with lots of information at any one time
- Great organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as necessary

Starting salary: £22,318, plus bonus and benefits.

Hybrid working: We’re experimenting with a hybrid way of working that suits the needs of each team. While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role, you will be based at our site at Frating - where free parking is available onsite - but home-working is available and can be discussed at interview. Interviews will be held on site at our Frating office.
