Enterprise Rent A Car have an exciting opening for Customer Representative to join our Vehicle Repair and Service Maintenance Repair Team

This position can be home (providing the candidate meets the home working policy requirements), or office based depending on the candidate’s situation.

The VR Team deliver World Class vehicle repair solutions for the Enterprise fleet and our customers that ensure vehicles are repaired and maintained with the right safety, speed and spend whilst exceeding customer service expectations by having an unwavering commitment to our employees, a focus on operational excellence and by leveraging our global innovation and expertise.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm- Salary: £21,700.00- £25,400.00 per annum depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Daily management of booking in and mobile estimate dates to reduce third party intervention and drive down leakage.
- Ownership of our RTA recovery partner processes and management of all vehicles in storage to minimise days in storage
- Being a key point of contact for the non-network repairer process to ensure maximum conversion into our approved network.
- Form close links with the in-house teams to ensure our key repair customers are receiving everything they need from our repair process
- Be a centralised point of contact for Enterprise teams into our repair operations and supply chain
- Supplying documents to internal departments and our customers where required
- Producing management information to our repair customers
- Overseeing all repair supply chain complaints
Service Repair
The SMR team sits within the Service Operations department being responsible for fleet compliance, cost control and SMR efficiencies from initial work authority to invoice and in turn statement management and reporting. We are responsible for and support the compliance and SMR spend of our EHI business lines inclusive of Enterprise Car Club, Flex-E-Rent, Exotic & HGV fleets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will need to display the following:
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise within a fast-changing environment.
- Team player but still be able to work autonomously and who is able to work closely with various stakeholders both inside out outside of Enterprise.
- Strong IT skills especially with Excel to enable accurate reporting is produced
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and possessing a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- The ability to problem solve and provide realistic solutions
