In return, the Team Manager will expect a salary of up to £36,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities: Managing the Customer Service Advisors on the out of hours team
Providing development plans in order to improve capabilities
Assisting with both internal and external audit procedures
Skills & Requirements: Strong management experience is imerpative
Team player with the passion for helping others
Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
