We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the direct line management of a team of Customer Service Supervisors. Your leadership skills will support them in contributing to the success of the team.
You will provide essential support to the Customer Service management team, to:
- identify and design new services
- transform the way we do things, working smarter to deliver value to the residents of Staffordshire
- drive performance; and much more
Working as part of a team we expect you to use your voice to share your insights into how we can do things differently and innovate Customer Services.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
