Johnston Oils have been distributing heating oil, commercial and agricultural fuel across Scotland and parts of England since 1965.
We are currently recruiting an Agricultural Accounts Executive to join the Johnston Oils team in Bathgate.

This role focuses on agricultural fuel and supports the Agricultural Account Manager to build relationships with Johnston Oils new and existing customers.
Experience within the fuel industry or agricultural sector is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
What is involved in this role?
Answering inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help our customers at the first point of contact.
Process fuel orders accurately to ensure the customer’s instructions are followed and deliveries are made in a timely manner.
Promoting agricultural products such as AdBlue, lubricants and fuel additives to new and existing customers.
Problem solving - Taking ownership of each and every query and ensuring these are resolved, making a real difference for our customers.
Manage prospective customers and conduct outbound calls to maintain growth, in partnership with Agricultural Account Manager.
Ability to react fast when the day gets busy and handle a wide variety of different customers.

This position is a 37.5 hour week Monday – Friday between the hours of 07:30 and 18:00; however, during peak times some weekend work may be required.
