Customer Service Specialist
Great opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join my global clients team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for conducting quality customer service for the assigned channels, and customers to ensure that sales and marketing objectives are achieved. You will work with teams across the business to ensure that order through to delivery is conducted in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Orderbook: you are responsible that your orderbook is delivered completely to the customers on time
- Handle the communication with customers independently via relevant communication channels including phone & email
- Providing information to customers on orders, stock availability, and specific reports
- Recording, managing and monitoring all types of orders, ensuring your order book is managed professionally
- Setting up price master data with your customers and sales at the right point in time
- Reach shipping targets by following up on deliveries, and providing solutions when required
- Monitoring claims and electronic receipts for errors and correcting when necessary
Experience
- Several years in a sales operations / customer service related positions
- IT Skills – Full working ability of Office 365 tools and ability to use an ERP software (Experience with SAP is a bonus)
- Strong communication in written and spoken English
- History of independently identifying issues in which you have proactively initiated communication with customers or colleagues
- Strong teamwork skills
- Languages – You are fluent in English (additional dutch or Nordic or Baltic languages is welcomed)
- Resilience when dealing with customers, ensuring a professional manner throughout
- Ability to resolve problems
