TSYS Managed Services EMEA are currently recruiting for Customer Service Specialists to join our Account Recoveries team in Binley, Coventry. Your primary objectives will be to assist customers with payment options on overdue amounts on their credit cards. You will need to have an empathetic approach to assisting your customers to ensure you get the correct outcome. The role will involve Inbound and/or outbound calls.
You'll join our existing team on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours a week covering shifts between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm. We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of £8.91 increasing to £9.28 after 6 months.
Main Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound calls dealing with queries from customers who may be over their credit limits, missing payments and in financial difficulty.
- Completing and processing payment plans.
- Setting up direct debits.
- Processing debit card payments.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Complaint handling including resolving and logging of complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary.
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training.
- Adhering to FCA/Lending standards board guidelines.
- Raising and potential problems with management and the appropriate teams.
