Bohomoon is a fast growing e-commerce jewellery company based in Telford, UK.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to grow our customer service team, who are keen to work in a group setting and are excited to help customers.
The roles are for someone with great attention to detail and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, answering emails and phone calls from customers and sorting their issues/queries in a timely and polite manner.
- MUST be able to work well in a team setting as well as individually.
- MUST be computer literate and social media savvy.
- MUST work well under pressure & be willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
Your responsibilities will include; (but not be limited to)
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
- Answering DMs and comments on our instagram page @bohomoon.
- Answering questions across all other social media - Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Answering WhatsApp messages from customers.
- Processing refunds and exchanges according to our policy in a timely manner.
Experience dealing with customers is preferred.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
