Job description
The Air Conditioning Company are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic individual to work within our service and maintenance department.
Your role will include:
- Speaking to prospective and existing customers over the phone and occasionally face-to-face
- Creating quotations
- Customer relations management
- Scheduling engineer appointments
- Liaising directly with our engineer teams
- Data entry
- Handling of confidential information and works costing
- Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock for the warehouse
You must:
- Be fluent in both oral and written English
- Be well-spoken, with an excellent telephone manner
- Be IT literate and highly proficient fluent in Microsoft Office
- Be highly numerate with fine attention to detail
- Be hard-working and able to work independently and as a team
- Be reliable and preferably live within 30 minutes of our offices in NW7
- Have strong organisational and sales skills
It would be a huge advantage if you have prior experience in the air conditioning industry or building trade and managing mobile teams. Full training will, however, be provided.
