Avaliable Job Today We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team as Customer Service and Sales Executive – Online.
Your day-to-day activities will be to talk to current and potential students via our online channels (online chat, text, Google messages, and Whatsapp) while always providing a high standard of customer service.
You will also be sales-focussed, helping to follow-up leads with calls and emails.
Most of the working week will be Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm in our Leicester office, but there will be some evening and weekend shifts which will done remotely.

THE JOB
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing Team, your duties will include:
- Responding to chats made across our online platforms - including using these tools to make sales under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Conducting a range of tasks such as taking payments, completing administration around bookings and logging maintenance and security requests.
- Assisting the wider sales and marketing team, such as helping with events and Open Days.

You'll be led by the Senior Customer Service and Sales Executive – Online, who will train and mentor you in your role, and will be supported by an established, fun, creative and knowledgeable team.
