CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES ASSISTANT ROLE
Takeover Academy. We run "Youtuber Workshops" for children who want to learn about the world of video creation. Parents book onto our workshops across Wales, Mid England and South England for children aged 6-14 to come along and learn how to make thier own videos. We are looking for someone to help our parents with any questions they might have and with booking onto the children's courses.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about good customer service and helping parents book on their child, move tickets and give that extra bit of information to parents on the fence about sending their child to Takeover Academy. Some of the roles and responsibilities include
- Answering Customer Questions about events on
- Our website
- Customer Service Email
- Facebook Page
- Instagram Page
- Comments
- Facebook Group
- Moving Tickets (If a customer books an event and wants to move date)
- Updating information of customers (Adding or changing names for example)
- Processing Customer Refunds if needed
- Ensuring their workspace (Online Trello Board) is up to date
- Keeping the team up to date via WhatsApp group
- Sales (Going through comments on our ads and helping parents book)
CONTRACTED DAYS, HOURS AND PAYMENT
Thursday-Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)
12:30pm-7:30pm
£9.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £15,960.00 per year
