We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as customer service & sales advisors at our Harlow, St Albans, Stevenage, Waltham Cross and Woodford branches.

About the role:
We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. This is a permanent, full-time position. Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.
Responsibilities day to day:
- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements
- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty
- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
About you:
Essential:
- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence
- Customer centric attitude
- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)
Desirable:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role
- Previous retail sales experience
