Customer Service Representative -Corporate

Working in a busy contact centre environment.
Working various shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00pm Monday-Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established team, handling varied enquiries which span many different service areas within the council. We are looking for motivated team members who thrive in providing exceptional customer service in a varied and fast moving environment!
The role is currently office based in Barry in close proximity to Barry Dock railway station and Barry town centre. The role is ongoing one with the opportunity to apply for permanent positions as they become available.
Attribute

- Ability to communicate in Welsh Advanced
- Experience of working in a Customer Service enviroment or call centre
