We are passionate about providing true Italian Gelato! Our gelaterias are bright and attractive with artisanal drinks and coffee on offer, as well as revolutionary new gelato products!
We’re looking for bright, energetic people to join our growing Swoon brand at our Bath store.
About the role
Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and make the Swoon experience enjoyable for every customer. You will be expected to interact with customers on a daily basis, serving gelato, decorating gelato cakes, coffee and more. You will need to be flexible, efficient and tidy at all times.
What we’re looking for
You will need to have excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the drive to work hard.
You will be someone who thrives on working during busy times and is a team player. You must be available to work during school/university holidays.
Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. To availability to work weekends and evenings shifts are essential
Your relationship with customers will cement their loyalty to our brand.

Salary: £8.30-£10.42 per hour
