Want to work with one of the UK's upcoming nursery brands? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, ready to assist our customers with any queries they may have and make the experience of shopping with us a piece of cake!
You'll need to be kind and attentive and sometimes require a bit of patience, but overall a great character that can integrate into our relaxed working culture where every member of the team is valued.
You'll be dealing with our customers though our range of sales and communication channels such as Amazon, our website and various social media platforms so it's important to be comfortable with these technologies, but if your unsure any training will be provided!
As a nursery product brand you'll get to learn a lot about different baby products and become a product 'genius' in order to offer the best possible support to our customers.
With a variety of responsibilities, we are looking for someone to;
- Monitor and respond to customer messages through our Amazon and website platforms, as well as social media platforms.
- Help customers locate their items during transit.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Answer any questions regarding our products and delivery services.
Full training and induction will be provided.
If you are an excellent communicator that comes across great via email and messaging. You have good IT skills with the ability to multi task, self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail, this is the perfect position for you.
Opening hours:
Monday - Friday : 9am - 5pm
Part time position with the flexibility to work around other commitments such as studying and childcare.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £9.80 per hour
