Job description
Hoof Bootique, an online retailer in a niche equestrian market, has a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Hoof Boot Advisor to join their growing business.
About the Role
This is a vital role within our small team, where the successful candidate will deal directly with our customers via email and social media, to help them with any queries or issues they may have with our products, and to act as a first point of contact for new customers. The position will develop into more of a Hoof Boot Advisor role, over time and with training.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Replying to customer emails, and enquiries via social media.
- Guiding customers through their first hoof boot purchase, and supporting them pre and post sale.
- Troubleshooting, if customers are having issues with their hoof boots.
- Advising customers of the most suitable hoof boots, based on photos of their horse's hooves.
- Generally dealing with customer enquiries and assisting them throughout the ordering process.
It will be important for the successful candidate to develop a strong understanding of our products and key issues affecting our customers, in order to be able to help our customers in the most efficient way possible.
The role may potentially develop to include working on the Hoof Bootique website and posting social media content, depending on the candidate.
