Our objective is to provide our customers with a true ‘best-in-class’ experience both when shopping on our websites and when contacting our UK based customer services team. Our customer services function is split into three product specialist teams that respond to customer contacts through phone calls, emails and live chat.

Overview of the role:
You will join our customer service team, building great relationships with both your colleagues and our valued customers.
The working hours for our evening shifts are:
Monday - Thursday 11:30am - 22:00pm.
You will communicate with consumers via phone calls, emails and live chat.
You will have clear KPIs for both the Customer Service Agent role and the Customer Service Department as a whole. There is robust measurement reporting to ensure that we can continually monitor and support the improvement of both individual performance and service levels as a whole department.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound calls from our customers in a timely and effective manor, answering questions relating to their order or presales enquiries.
- Responding to emails from our customers, these could be pre-sales or after sales enquiries.
- Handling live chat enquiries with customers that are on one of our websites.
- Politely and professionally attempt to resolve all queries from our customers from their first point of contact.
- Handle sales enquires across all channels, increasing the total basket value and spend
What are we looking for?
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, whilst also being able to work under pressure as part of a team. Experience of working in a busy customer service environment would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be able to problem solve and assist our customers with their queries effectively.
You will be confident and always professional when communicating with customers.
You will be empathetic with customers when necessary and will not get flustered when working in a fast-paced environment where the scope of consumer queries can be very varied.
You will be highly motivated to achieve individual excellence, while you will also respect your colleagues and enjoy being part of a wider team.
