- Reviewing claims documentation to identify further information required and allocating cases to specialists and investigators as required
- Interviewing claimants to evaluate straightforward low-value claims
- Receiving inbound calls and assisting callers, or those making enquiries by email or mail with requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary
- Initiating contact internally and externally to convey requests, provide instructions or obtain information on behalf of senior colleagues
- You will receive full training, with the support and tools required to be successful
You will need:

- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and finding the best outcome for our customers
What’s in it for you:
- Great colleague deals and discounts, saving you money on everyday purchases

- 7.2 weeks holiday entitlement with the opportunity to purchase additional holidays
- Mental and physical wellbeing benefits including our cycle to work scheme

- Family friendly policies including enhanced maternity leave, shared parental leave policy and 4 weeks paid paternity leave
- Life assurance
All successful candidates must complete pre-employment screening checks. As part of this clearance, we will request and assess Right to Work in the UK, criminal record, and credit checks.
