Customer Service Representative

Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for a global organisation for their office based in Warrington. Our client is looking to expand their specialist Customer Service team.
You will be taking calls from new and existing customers, as you will be the first point of contact the calls can be varied, anything from:
- General questions or query
- Taking payments
- Setting up direct debits
- Resolving complaints
- Recommending products/ services for the customer
