We are currently seeking a trustworthy and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our warehouse location. As the first point of contact for customer concerns, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a polite, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, ensuring outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and address customer service issues promptly, efficiently, and in a polite manner. Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints while adhering to our complaints procedure.
- Telephone and Email Management: Handle fewer customer telephone calls and resolve queries while managing a high volume of customer emails, messages, and queries on a daily basis.
- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Process returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and provide clarity and understanding.
- Fast-paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced work setting, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliability and Responsibility: Display reliability and responsibility by taking ownership of assigned tasks and managing time effectively.
- E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role within the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
- Target-oriented Approach: Work towards meeting targets and deadlines while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
