We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Update customer information in the customer service database.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,183.00-£25,498.00 per year
