We are looking for someone rare...a genuine multi-tasker, who has exceptional customer service skills, and a "can do" attitude.
Established in 2009 and expecting 2023 to be our best year ever! We are a small and boutique business centre in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Our tenants are all professional businesses and are diverse from therapists to accountants.
The role is quite varied; for about 2 hours a day you will be house-keeping and for the rest of the day you will be managing the office, and generally the go-to-person.
As the house-keeper, you will be required to:
- clean and tidy offices
- clean and tidy the communal areas
- clean the kitchen and the WC's
- Stock the kitchen from petty-cash
As the office manager:
- you will be the receptionist
- you will answer the phone
- respond to emails
- deal with office tenants' requests
- order stationery
- make the day run smoothly.
This role would suit somebody adaptable with business centre or office experience, but equally someone from the hospitality industry with a mature attitude and a pride in their working environment.
Standard hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm but we are flexible up to 2 hours either way.
Full-time is 40 hours per week. Part-time is 16+ hours per week.
You will be paid weekly with full statutory holiday entitlement and company pension.
