Due to expansion, Rock Oil has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic, approachable, forward-thinking individual with an engaging personality to join our Customer Service department as a Customer Representative.
The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Represent a leading brand, always ensuring outstanding customer service
- Responding to product and service enquiries
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilise tech and tools to solve customer enquiries swiftly and efficiently
- Perform ad-hoc admin functions such as card payments, invoicing etc.
- Provide cover for Fuel and Finance departments during peak periods (full training provided)
Our ideal candidate for this role will display the following skills & experience:
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
A proactive 'customer first' approach to query resolution
Proven ability to multi-task within a fast-moving environment
Open to national candidates as home working or hybrid working patterns available
