About You

You'll be a highly motivated, accredited professional with experience working on major digital projects as part of a programme; with a strong track record of business analysis to a high standard, using recognised analytical approaches. Your capabilities to collaborate and communicate will be key to the success of the change you are involved in.

The Business Analyst is a key member of the Planning and Portfolio Service, embedding continuous improvement and community of practice within the service, across the department and the organisation with the ability to command respect with a strong delivery discipline.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team within the University’s Digital Technologies Professional Service. We are at the cutting edge of digital innovation, partnering with global organisations to focus on delivering an outstanding student and staff digital experience.


About the Role

Following the approval to deliver a series of digital initiatives, we are seeking experienced Business Analysts on a permanent basis to join the delivery team.

You will be working with Business Analysts, Programme Managers, Project Managers, technical resources and senior stakeholders across the university delivering change within a high-value digital portfolio. Enabling a strong adoption of digital technologies to enhance the university's learning and teaching experience, supporting NTU's 2025 Strategic Plan.
