HYBRID- WFH/Office (1-2 days in Office pw) | Shift Work Days / Nights / Some Weekends
This is a “hybrid” role based in Reading.
Customer Success Representatives at PLANTMADE are the point of contact between the customers and the brand. You will get to know our customers better than anyone in the business.
You’re a people person. Someone who is a master of listening with empathy and creative problem solving. You’ll use your specific product knowledge to suggest the best solutions we have to offer and help influence sales, and you’ll use your initiative to offer resolutions to any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Job responsibilities:
- Communicate in a clear, friendly and courteous manner using appropriate language and tone of voice.
- Issue replacement items and refunds when necessary
- Demonstrate high levels of empathy and understanding
- Monitor and respond to customer SMS and Phone Calls
- Respond to voicemails and return missed calls where appropriate.
- Log customer call data and create customer contacts
- Notify operations of new/ unexpected issues customers report
- Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely and respectful manner.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Familiarising yourself with the latest brand information and offers.
- Weekly reports/updates to Ops on performance, customer insights and issues.
