We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. This position requires a lot of independent thinking and time management skills, as well as a strong computer knowledge. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and will be able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with their enquiries in order to create an optimal experience.
- Be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all customers at all times.
- Be dependable and reliable when dealing with customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in manner and appearance at all times.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral form.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Have a basic mastery of computer programs.
- Knowledge of the customer service software system is beneficial but not necessary; knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
