Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 11th September 2023
Salary: Up to £12 per hour OTE (£10.90 + Performance Bonus)
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 days per week on a shift rotation between the following days and times:
Rotational Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday between 8am and 9.15pm/Saturday & Sunday 8am and 5pm.
Where you will be working: Working from Home (Equipment will be supplied)
Overall Job Purpose:
You'll take calls, help with renewals, make amendments, or find the right insurance products for our customers. Supporting our customers, you'll work to various targets to achieve team and individual goals.
Our teams are available Monday to Friday between 8am to 9:15pm, Saturday and Sunday between 8am to 5pm. In these roles you'll work shifts across these days which we'll share more about, and your 6-8 weeks training, during your application.
Skills/Experience Required
- Exceptional customer service skills to the highest standard as you will be speaking to customers via telephone.
- Deeply passionate about Customer Service.
- Resilience and a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
