Customer Service Representative, Global Operations

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Operations team in the role of a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will:
  • Value paper payment processing.
  • Customer correspondence sent using post where paper is requested or required.
  • Work collaboratively with other business areas.
  • Work within a team dynamic to ensure accuracy of work.
  • Follow and adhere to HSBC policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Able to take in and understand complex information
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Understanding HSBC Strategy, products, policies and procedures.

The base location for this role will be in the Fareham office.
