We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer issues in an efficient and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other channels.
- Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
- Keep up-to-date on product information and changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
