Due to continued growth, we’re keen to expand our Customer Services team with ambitious individuals who have the desire and right empathetic approach to help customers who have been involved in a road traffic accident, resolving each incident through a world class service.

Salary- Starting from £19,554, which increases as your experience grows and a competitive bonus scheme of up to £1,200 per annum (paid quarterly)

Working hours:
We are there for our customers when they need us most and they are sometimes in touch with us outside of ‘usual’ office hours which means we have a range of shifts. Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week across shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday to Friday in addition to a Saturday shift which usually occurs every 6 weeks.
About You:
To be successful, you will need to be up for a challenge, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. In time, as you build your knowledge of our services and support, you will become adept as resolving complex problems.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate:
- A positive telephone manner.
- Confidence with office IT and computer systems.
- A strong drive for getting it right first time.
- Good team-working skills.
- An ability to identify customer's needs through great communication.
- Most importantly, a passion for customer service.
