Firstsource is a leadingprovider of customer service solutions for Natwest Bank, one of the UK's largest banks. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team as Inbound Customer Service Advisors.
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Natwest customers, handling a variety of queries and issues over the phone. You will use your excellent communication skills and empathy to provide a positive and professional service, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will also have the chance to learn about different banking products and services, and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs. No two calls are the same in banking, so you will never get bored!
To help you succeed in this role, we will provide you with a comprehensive 6-week training programme, where you will learn everything you need to know about our systems, processes and policies. You will also receive ongoing support and coaching from our experienced team leaders and trainers.
