Essity has an exciting opportunity to join our excellent Customer Service Operations Team within our Health & Medical organisation as a Customer Service Representative.
During the first 8 weeks whilst training the role will be based in our Dunstable office, thereafter the role is hybrid (2 days at home and 3 days in our offices in Dunstable).

What You Will Do
Ensure orders, collections, and enquiries are processed & resolved in an efficient, kind, and effective manner, working in line with our Beliefs and Behaviours (Care, Courage, Collaboration & Commitment).
Build positive relationships with all NHS patients, care giving relatives and consumers to ensure loyalty to the TENA brand.
Proactively support accurate administration tasks for the Customer Service Department.
Provide cover within the CS Department ensuring full understanding of all requirements and needs, gaining a full understanding of all related procedures.
Ensure telephone calls are answered to agreed standards whilst offering professional and efficient customer services to all internal and external contacts.
Understand and comply with Caldicott principles regarding Patient Identifiable Information and associated procedures and regulations e.g., GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience of working within a customer service environment would be advantageous however not essential.
- Empathy, kindness, understanding, and patience is essential.
- Emotional control , self-awareness, and a natural willingness to help.
- Have a natural ability to form relationships with people and the capability to network effectively for help and guidance when needed.
- Have a key focus on delivering high levels of customer service and delivering on your commitments.
- Familiar with Microsoft packages, Outlook, MS Teams and Excel
