Customer Service Representative Fremont, CA
Job description
We are a Distributor in the decorative plumbing industry with a new opening in our Customer Service department for our Fremont, California location. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, highly motivated, a team player, able to multi-task, and has excellent telephone and communication skills. You must have plumbing retail or wholesale experience, computer literate and have a strong degree of mechanical aptitude. Working knowledge of "Eclipse" software is a definite advantage.
Responsibilities and duties include (but not limited to);
- heavy telephone customer service and technical support
- look up product and parts via computer and web-based catalogs
- process orders via telephone, fax and email
- perform general customer support
- inform customers on new products, promotions and sales.
Hours of operation: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.
Applicant minimum requirements:
Three years Customer Service/Inside Sales experience
Retail plumbing in a wholesale or showroom experience
Type 30 words per minute
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Must be punctual, detail oriented and self-motivated
