What you need to know about the role
As a Customer Services Representative you will be required to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs while developing strong relationships with those customers. You will be the principle point of contact liaising on a regular basis ensuring our customer needs are delivered beyond their expectations through operational excellence and putting customer service first.
The main purpose of the Customer Services Representatives role is to be the key interface between the customers and the internal organisation on all daily operational matters in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
What we need to know about you
This is an exciting opportunity for applicants with a good general education and experience in a customer facing role.
You should have effective communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to establish and build effective relationships and customer intimacy.
Negotiation skills and business acumen would be advantageous.
