Job description
Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to deal with incoming calls/emails from customers who are reporting faults with their central heating system.
You will be logging new jobs, arranging appointments, communicating with engineers/suppliers, handling first line complaints and updating notes on our in house software system. Full training will be provided however we do require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office or call centre environment.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Experience of operating within a customer service environment
- Experience of working in a high call volume environment
- Problem resolution/first line complaints handling
- Awareness of requirements to maintain service levels
- Ability to empathise with customer needs and maintain customer delivery satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-working
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently on your own taking ownership, using initiative, recognising potential problems and identifying solutions with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task working quickly and accurately and be at ease with job rotation
- Confidence to make decisions within their capability prioritising jobs/tasks as necessary
- PC literate
28 Days holiday
Early finish on a Friday every 3 weeks
Salary dependent on experience
