Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to deal with incoming calls/emails from customers who are reporting faults with their central heating system.

You will be logging new jobs, arranging appointments, communicating with engineers/suppliers, handling first line complaints and updating notes on our in house software system. Full training will be provided however we do require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office or call centre environment.

• Experience of operating within a customer service environment
• Experience of working in a high call volume environment
• Problem resolution/first line complaints handling
• Awareness of requirements to maintain service levels
• Ability to empathise with customer needs and maintain customer delivery satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-working
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently on your own taking ownership, using initiative, recognising potential problems and identifying solutions with minimum supervision
• Ability to multi-task working quickly and accurately and be at ease with job rotation
• Confidence to make decisions within their capability prioritising jobs/tasks as necessary
• PC literate

28 Days holiday

Early finish on a Friday every 3 weeks

Salary dependent on experience
