Service Receptionist In Newcastle – FT 6566
Are you a fully experienced Motor Dealer Service Advisor? Are you looking for a move? If so, here is a great opportunity for you.
As a Service Advisor working for this franchised dealer, you will be required to handle customer enquiries, book customers in, produce job cards, see customers in, obtain fleet authorisations, price up and sell additional work, keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice, handle payments and handover vehicles.
You will need:
- Motor Trade experience.
- HGV experience highly preferable.
- Good communication skills.
