Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our brand new Group Service Reception alongside our existing team. We offer industry leading pay and conditions including a early finish time and a competitve salary and commision package. Working hours are normally a 40 hour week, with some required flexibility around start and finish times, Monday to Friday and usually 8-5. Saturday mornings may need to be worked in addition on a rota basis depending on the needs of the business and are paid at overtime rate. You will need to be customer orientated but if cars and customer service are your ‘thing’ then read on. You’ll be one of the the first points-of-contact for those entering the Service Department and have the confidence, knowledge and desire to exceed expectations as well as being able to handle this very vibrant and busy role with a cool head and a calm disposition. Multi-tasking is key, along with the ability to communicate not only with those in the ‘front of house’, but also acting as an integral link to the workshop.You’ll be well presented and well-spoken, with the desire to go the extra mile towards ensuring that all aftersales customers receive the very best service. You’ll act accurately, within the requirements of our franchises, identifying opportunities to discuss additional work and proactively promote and sell the value-added services available.
Related experience would be preferred but we will consider candidate's from outside of the industry. Full clean driving licence essential.
