Customer Service & Reception Assistant

HOURS: Part-time, 1043 hours per annum, average 20 hours per week
GRADE: NJC Scale points 8 – 11 (based on 1043 hours: £12,311 - £13,002)
CONTRACT: Permanent (subject to 6 month’s probation)
CLOSING DATE: 9.00 am, Monday 24thJuly 2023
INTERVIEW DATE: Friday 28th July 2023
Braunstone Town Council is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic person that enjoys Customer Service and is willing to go that extra mile.
You will be the first point of contact at our busy reception desk, liaising with all visitors, including dealing with the needs and requirements of hirers, operating a computerised booking system, logging and chasing up queries, politely, professionally, confidentially and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a proactive approach, are flexible with your shift patterns, you are willing to work at either of the Council’s Centres and able to provide cover for both holidays and sickness.
