Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology? We are looking for a highly skilled and computer literate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operative.
As a Customer Service Operative, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Client Services Manager and Print Room Manager, coordinating operations within the Canon print center and managed print service contract. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth workflow management.
This is a customer-facing role, so your ability to provide excellent customer service is crucial. You will be the face of Canon, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and making a real difference to the operational performance of our managed print services contract.

What we ask
We are seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable and self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and manage their workload effectively with limited supervision. As an Customer Service operative, you will be able to use your own initiative, quickly learn new skills, and have the confidence to highlight areas of concern.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a full UK driving license and either hold or have the ability to obtain BPSS & SC security clearance. You should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products and experience in planning tasks that involve multiple stakeholders and third-party companies. You should ideally have a working knowledge of ITIL V4 framework.

Salary: Starting Salary of £25,352 + Bonus OTE 5%
Location: Sellafield, Cumbria (Hybrid working)
Working Hours: 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday
